About

BIDevelopersFull-Day Hands-On Workshop
Ready to build agents that truly understand your organization? In this hands-on workshop, you'll build intelligent agents that combine organizational intelligence, business processes, and analytical insights through natural language conversations.

Using tools like Copilot Studio and other agent-building approaches, you'll create connections to Dataverse for business workflows, integrate Fabric's analytical capabilities and data agents, add organizational context through IQ layers, and extend agent capabilities using Model Context Protocol (MCP). Through guided exercises and practical scenarios, you'll work alongside instructors to build solutions that go beyond basic chatbots.
By the end of this workshop, you'll have:

Built a working intelligent agent integrating multiple data sources
Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Fabric, and IQ integrations
Practical patterns you can apply immediately in your organization

Who should attend:
This workshop is designed for makers and developers with basic Power Platform experience who want to learn how to build integrated intelligent agents. You should be comfortable with agent-building concepts and understand basic Dataverse concepts (tables, relationships). No prior IQ or Fabric experience required—we'll teach you what you need to know!

Prerequisites:
Familiarity with building conversational experiences (Copilot Studio, chatbots, or similar)
Understanding of Dataverse tables and data modeling
Laptop with web browser
