In this hands-on workshop, Dian and David will help you step into the role of an agent builder, not just a consumer. Using Copilot Studio, you’ll work hands-on to design and deploy mission-ready AI agents that go beyond conversation and are built to support real work across the Power Platform.
Throughout the session, Dian and David will cover areas such as grounding agents with the right knowledge, shaping agent behavior, and connecting agents to actions and automations that enable them to participate in real business scenarios. The emphasis is on practical patterns, sound design choices, and the mindset shift required to build agents you can trust.
You’ll leave with a working AI agent, hands-on experience you can immediately apply, and a clearer mental model for designing, deploying, and evolving Copilot agents as the technology continues to mature.
IMPORTANT: Please bring an unlocked laptop for the hands-on components. Work laptops are usually locked down so we recommend bringing a personal laptop that allows signing into a trial environment.
