Dewain Robinson is a Microsoft Principal Copilot Architect for Bot Framework and Copilot Studio. He has been working with Conversational AI for over 8 years and with Microsoft technologies and IT for over 25 years. Dewain has experience working with numerous Fortune 500 companies to help them realize their potential with Microsoft solutions and has worked to implement Conversational AI in numerous form factors from IOT-specific to Enterprise scenarios. Dewain has recently worked closely on generative AI and how to change the landscape of conversational applications.
